the run around for you, just order and we will deliver your items from your
favorite stores in as little as two hours. You can also choose to pick up, it

ETNOWE partners with most of the local African & Caribbean stores in the United States, enter you zip code to see participating stores in your area.
Once your order is placed and confirmed, you can expect your groceries to be delivered at your door within 2-4 hours. Our delivery window is subject to store operating hours including holidays.
All orders placed within the last hour of the store closing, as well as orders place after hours will be scheduled for next day delivery.
Your driver will deliver your groceries to your doorstep and you can also provide delivery instructions at checkout.
You can also pick up your groceries ordered on the ETNOWE platform from participating stores. The process is the same, place your order on ETNOWE and you will be notified once your order is ready for pickup usually, within 2 hours.
Does ETNOWE Service my area?
ETNOWE partners with local African and Caribbean stores in your area. Our delivery and pickup services are currently available in limited cities in the United States. To see if that includes your area, enter your ZIP code on the “Select your store” page.

At ETNOWE, our top priority is the safety and quality of your groceries. We strive to ensure that our partners are diligent in selecting fresh groceries paying attention to quality of fresh produce, expiration dates and broken or damaged items. Our partners also ensure that your food is properly handled and maintained at all stages of the shopping and delivery process.
If you did not receive an item you were charged for, or you received the wrong item we will investigate the issue and issue a refund.
Pickup:
Please check all items before leaving the store. If you are unhappy with an
item or the entire order, please go into the store to discuss exchanges.
Delivery:
Due
to the nature of items sold on this platform in conjunction with the policy of
our partners, we are unable to accept returns on items delivered. However,
please do let us know about your concerns through our support.
If the delivery window of your order has elapsed and you are yet to receive your groceries, please contact our customer care using the support page.
All orders can be edited within 15 minutes of placing your order and before it is bagged by the store.
You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing of your order.
Once your order is bagged and prepped for delivery by your store, then a charge for total cost of your order will placed on your card.
